setting the foundations

my strategy

how will you bring your vision to life?

The strategy section gets you thinking about the most effective tactics to hit your goals. You’ll rate each tactic you use on a scale of 1 to 10 based on how effective you think they’ll be.

And if you’re already using any tactics, be honest and use real figures to clearly label their success rates.
We’ll also look at your retention strategy—because after putting in all that effort to gain clients, you want to keep them. What are you doing to make sure they stick with you? Let’s get it written down so you can clarify your approach and make sure nothing falls through the cracks.

Next, think about your lead generation activities. What will be your most effective way to bring in new prospects, and what’s your backup method? If you haven’t started yet, think about what you assume will be the most powerful lead generation activity, and identify a second option as well.
Then, let’s talk about conversion strategies. Are there any touchpoints in your customers’ journey where you could improve your chances of making a sale? What could you add to make you the obvious choice, showing clients that you fully understand their needs?

Finally, think about how quickly your clients are seeing value from your service. Yes, their long-term goal is fitness, but are there smaller, meaningful milestones you could highlight along the way? Mark those out, get clear on the process, and record everything in the organiser. Things will start making sense and become much easier to manage.
